The Council of the Borough of South Greensburg will hold a public hearing on Monday, March 12, 2012, at 6:00 p.m., in the Municipal Building, 1515 Poplar Street, South Greensburg, Pennsylvania, 15601. The purpose of said hearing is to consider a request from Dr. Dennis Kreinbrook to change the zoning district classification from R-1 to C-2 for property situate at 20 Huff Avenue. All interested residents are invited to attend the hearing.

SNOW & ICE REMOVAL
Ordinance No. 2011-05 requires that snow and ice must be removed from sidewalks in winter months within 24 hours. All snow, ice and/or sleet that is removed shall not be deposited onto the street, so as to interfere with the safe passage of emergency vehicles.
Ordinance No. 2011-05 requires all residences and buildings to have approved address numbers, legible and visible from the front of the property. Address numbers shall be Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, etc…) or alphabet letters (A, B, C, etc…) with a minimum of 4 inches high and a minimum stroke width of 0.5 inches.

Ordinance No. 2006-09 requires all persons, firms or corporations who own real estate property in South Greensburg to notify the Tax Collector within 15 days of the date any residential tenant vacates or occupies a property.
