All garbage and refuse accumulated within the Borough of South Greensburg by residents or businesses is collected and removed by the Sanitation Department.
It is unlawful for any person or business to deposit garbage, rubbish or other refuse for collection within the Borough which has been brought into the Borough of South Greensburg from outside the Borough limits.
Yearly residential fee is $140.00.
Yearly Commercial dumpster rental fee:
2 yard– $352.00 (plus pick up). 4 yard-$704.00 (plus pick up).
6 yard-$1,056.00 (plus pick up).

1st Quarter Due: 2-1-23 3rd Quarter: 7-30-23
2nd Quarter Due: 4-30-23 4th Quarter: 10-31-23
Garbage Holiday Pick Up Schedule: On the Holiday’s listed below, if it falls on your regularly scheduled garbage pick up day, your garbage will be picked up the next following business day
New Year’s Day – Good Friday – Memorial Day – Independence Day – Labor Day – Veteran’s Day – Thanksgiving Day – Christmas
